MAIN STRUCTURE BUILDING
Well-designed reinforced concrete structure of isolated footings, columns and stabs according to anti seismic plan. External walls are 25cm thick bricks and internal walls are 10cm thick bricks according to the architectural plan.
COATING
Internal walls have three coats of plaster and three coats of emulsion paint. Externally the walls have one coat of plaster and grafiato.
FLOORING
Living room, dining room, kitchen and the corridor will be covered with ceramic tiles priced at €12/ m².
The verandas with ceramic tiles priced at €12/m².
The Bathroom and WC will be covered with ceramic tiles valued €12 m².
The bedroom floors will be covered laminate parquet with installation €13 m².
CARPENTRY (KITCHEN CUPBOARDS, DOORS AND WARDROBES)
The doors of the kitchen and wardrobes will be laminated wood covered with beech. Inside doors will be of laminated wood of beech and the frame solid wood of beech. The front door and main staircase of the building will be mate according to the regulations of the Fire Brigade.
PLUMBING AND SANITARY WARE
All bathrooms and WC’s are fitted with high quality sanitary ware. Provision for a pressurized water system is installed. The installation will be made of Germany pipe in pipe.
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
Provisions are made for the installation of electrical central heating units in all areas of each apartment. Provisions for installation for air-conditioning split units in all areas of each apartment.
ELECTRIC INSTALLATION
Sufficient number of power points is installed, whereas telephone and television jacking points are installed in the living room and bedrooms. All fittings are high quality. Automatic lights are provided in the entrance of lift lobby at the parking place. Electrical installations will be according to the regulations of Electricity Authority.
COMPUTER- TV
Provision for computer network system and a central satellite system will be store. Central access point will be in the living room.
CAMERA
Security camera will be installed in the entrance of the building for each apartment.
ALUMINIUM OPENINGS
All openings will be of the MU2000 and the sliding MU100 Special Series of silver color, with double glazed pre-fabricated glass panels of 4-4mm.
Mosquito nets are optional, but the special section of aluminum needed (provision) will be installed.
RAILINGS
Railings on verandas and the staircase will be according to the plan.
INSULATION
The roof slab and all outside verandas of all floors will be insulated.
PARKING SPACES AND STORAGE ROOMS
Each apartment has one private covered parking space and one storage room at the ground floor. Each storage room has a power point.
PROTECTION OF THE BUILDING
The building will be constructed according to the rules and regulations of the Cyprus Fire Department.
